The Fiesta is the UK's most popular car and one of our most common ignition barrel jobs. Key stiffness on Fiesta models from 2008–2019 is often a worn barrel or worn key — both fixable on site.
Focus ignition barrel issues typically appear on high-mileage examples from 2005–2018. We carry Focus-specific barrels and replace them at the roadside without needing to tow to a garage.
Mondeo ignition faults are less common but do occur on the Mk4 (2007–2014) particularly. We carry Mondeo barrels and diagnose before attending.
The Transit is our highest-volume commercial ignition barrel job. An engineer stuck outside a Transit at 5am loses a whole day of revenue — we prioritise Transit calls and carry multiple barrel variants.
The Transit Custom uses a different barrel system to the older Transit. We stock the correct Custom barrels and can replace them on-site for both the front and rear cab entry systems.
